Election Day has arrived in Texas today, Nov. 3. If you missed early voting, be sure to head to the polls today to cast your vote on seven proposed constitutional amendments, plus local measures that vary across the state.
For additional background information on the amendments, visit the League of Women Voters website for a guide.
In many counties, you must vote in your assigned polling place based on your precinct. To verify your registration and find out where you can vote today, view the Secretary of State's voting website here. Most polling locations will be open until 7 p.m. tonight.
Voters in Texas House District 118 will be selecting a new state representative today. If you live in that district in San Antonio and haven't yet voted, check out our candidate profiles on the Resources page here at Teach the Vote.
Finally, be sure to follow @TeachtheVote on Twitter for updates on the election results later tonight. Thank you for doing your part to help shape the future of Texas!
