Earlier today, ATPE Lobbyist Monty Exter was interviewed by KVUE, an Austin TV station, about Texas Education Commissioner Michael Williams' accountability plans and Gov. Rick Perry's remarks on education in his State of the State address earlier this week.
"The governor feels that roads and water are more important than education," Exter said during the interview.
The interview will air on the 10 p.m. newscast tonight.
